플러그인 실행 방식과 모델 스트림 재시도 정비
Plugins 실행 방식이 worker threads 또는 subprocess sandbox로 바뀌고, 스트림 오류 재시도와 여러 API가 정비됐다.

- Plugins가 이제 worker threads(worker) 또는 subprocess sandbox(sandbox)에서만 실행되며, in_process 모드와 조용한 fallback이 제거됐다. - plugin-sandbox-bootstrap.js가 없는 호스트는 모든 플러그인 로드가 PluginBootstrapMissingError로 실패하고, SSH remote hub는 아직 bootstrap이 없어 plugin tools가 missing으로 보고된다. - 모델 스트림 시작 후 발생한 provider errors는 최대 3회 재시도하며, 재시도 소진 시 로그와 Langfuse traces에 오류로 남고 agent의 whole-turn retry와는 더 이상 중복되지 않는다. - setHubDaemonLauncher, NodeHubClient의 resolveConnectionHeaders, AskQuestionExecutor의 text/image blocks, buildTelemetrySelfcheckReport export가 추가됐고, 모델 카탈로그와 기본 모델 및 cline provider의 bundled default가 갱신됐다.
